Bethany Ashram Social Apostolate
Guided by Faith, Driven by Compassion
The visionary who began this mission of love
Founder, Trppaadam Old Age Home
Fr. Gabriel Thaikkadavil OIC's vision and dedication laid the foundation for Trppaadam's mission of serving the marginalized with Christ's love.
Beginning mission work in the Nedumangadu area in 1968, Fr. Gabriel saw the pressing need to serve the aged, destitute, and abandoned members of society. In 1974, he established Trppaadam as a social center, creating a home where the forgotten could find dignity, care, and family.
His spiritual depth, combined with practical compassion, created a model of Christian service that continues to inspire our work today. Fr. Gabriel's legacy lives on in every resident we serve, every volunteer who joins our mission, and every life transformed by the love of Christ at Trppaadam.
"In serving the least among us, we encounter Christ Himself."
— Fr. Gabriel Thaikkadavil OIC
