Purpose

Trppaadam's Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre provides comprehensive mental health care and rehabilitation services to individuals experiencing psychosocial challenges, mental illness, and emotional distress.

We believe in the dignity and potential of every person, regardless of their mental health condition. Our center offers a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where individuals can receive treatment, develop coping skills, and work toward recovery and reintegration into society.

Our approach recognizes that mental health recovery is not just about treating symptoms, but about empowering individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives within their communities.

Typical Daily Schedule

  • 7:00 AM - Wake up, personal care
  • 7:30 AM - Morning prayer and meditation
  • 8:00 AM - Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM - Morning therapy session or vocational training
  • 11:00 AM - Skill-building activities
  • 12:30 PM - Lunch
  • 1:30 PM - Rest period
  • 3:00 PM - Afternoon activities (group therapy, recreation, work)
  • 5:00 PM - Life skills or social skills training
  • 6:30 PM - Evening prayer
  • 7:00 PM - Dinner
  • 8:00 PM - Free time, reflection, relaxation
  • 9:30 PM - Lights out

Our ultimate goal is successful community reintegration. We work systematically toward this through:
